Chelsea Thomas, J.D., LL.M.

Chelsea Thomas is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. The bulk of Ms. Thomas’ practice involves real property law, including: real estate transactions and disputes, and landlord/tenant law. Ms. Thomas also aids clients with estate planning.

Ms. Thomas graduated from Denver University’s Sturm College of Law, and also earned an LL.M. in Natural Resources Law and Environmental Policy.

Ms. Thomas is fluent in French, and enjoys traveling with her husband and children.

C. Jordan Thomas

C. Jordan Thomas is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Colorado.  Mr. Thomas has negotiated purchase contracts for over $100,000,000 in products and services, but also focuses his practice on business formation, governance, and litigation.  He also jumps at the opportunity to represent consumers in cases concerning unfair practices, debt collection, and credit reports.  Mr. Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in tax law and entrepreneurial law.  Upon graduating, he worked for a Denver District Court judge with a civil docket.  Mr. Thomas loves to travel with his family, and has taught English in Bupyeong and Bundang, Korea, and studied sustainable development in Uppsala, Sweden.
